Plain words about what oathline keeps, where it lives, for how long, and how to have it removed. Last updated 8 October 2026. This is an early beta run by its founder; a lawyer reviews this notice before anything is charged for.

This website

  • No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, no third party fonts. The pages are static files served by Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page) for a short time to run the service.
  • The demo video is served from this site, not from a video platform.

The waitlist form

  • What is stored: exactly what you type (an email address or X handle, what you want checked, the chain, an optional note) and the time. Nothing else is read from your browser.
  • Where: on oathline's check server, a machine rented from Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, and in that server's nightly backup, which is kept for 30 days.
  • Why: to send you an invite code and the setup guide, and to ask what you think once you have used it. Nothing is shared with or sold to anyone.
  • How long: until the free beta ends, or until you ask for removal.
  • Removal: message @oathlineio on X with the contact you used. It is deleted from the server within a week; copies in older nightly backups expire on their own within 30 days.

If you use oathline (the check server and the dashboard)

  • What the server sees: the wallet address, each transaction before signing (to, data, value), the rules the owner signed, and anything the agent's builder chose to pass as context. It never sees a key.
  • What it keeps: every decision, in a signed, linked log, so that any verdict can be checked later; the owner's signed rules; the Telegram chat id the owner linked, so that questions can reach them. The dashboard shows a copy of the decision log (without the agent's reading material or chat ids) from a database at Supabase.
  • Outside services that see transaction details: a simulation node (Alchemy), token data services, and the decision model (TypeSafe) for unclear cases, and the rule compiler (OpenRouter) for the owner's rule text. None of them receives keys.
  • Sign in: the dashboard sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for seven days.
  • Removal: stop using the SDK or remove oathline from the Safe; then ask @oathlineio to delete the wallet's rules and Telegram link. Signed log entries stay, because the log is the record that a verdict was given; they contain the wallet address and the transaction, not who you are.

Who is responsible

oathline is built and run by its founder; a company is being set up with a lawyer's help, and this page will name it. Until then, every question or request goes to @oathlineio on X.
